Sinus Allergies: What can cause them?

There are many products that we inhale while breathing. Some of these products are pretty harmless and remain unnoticed. But there are some products that cause irritation to the body and thus the victim becomes allergic to it. This is termed as sinus.

One of the most common products that cause sinuses is the pollen grains. Pollen grains are particles that are released from the seeds of plants. When inhaled, the body treats them as foreign particles. Thus, to prevent them from entering the lungs, the mucus fights it. But, it is not that the mucus is left unscathed. The pollen grains get stuck to the mucus and have a perfect condition to breed. Thus, this gives rise to viruses and bacteria. This in turn leads to blocked nose and causes sinus related problem.

In some cases, the nest stage is the hay fever which can be very fatal. Some of the common symptoms of this may include running nose, excessive sneezing which can be 7-9 in a row. Some other symptoms include sore throat, bad breath, watery eyes and irritation sense. The reason why sinus is very troublesome is it generally occurs at night which causes sleepless nights.
