Food allergy and body temperature |
A sub normal body temperature can produce various alarming symptoms. Food allergies are often related to body temperatures lower than normal. Low body temperature, lower than 98.6 Fahrenheit, can have the same effect on the body as fever does. And if this dip in body temperature arises due to food allergies, it persists for prolonged periods of time which has a very bad effect on the body. One must take effective measures to raise the temperature of the body if such a need arises in patients who suffer from food allergy. It is advisable to avoid all the foods which one is allergic. It is also beneficial if you eat only fruits and vegetables as that will ensure a speedy recovery and better health. Low body temperature can be very dangerous; even one degree fall in temperature is enough to create adverse physical and mental symptoms. It has an extremely negative effect on the brain’s response time. Other physical symptoms are lethargy, painful menstruation, dry coarse skin, hair loss, depression, nervousness, weight problems, palpitations, headaches, poor memory, difficulty in breathing, mental symptoms and a host of others. Therefore it is very important to maintain a healthy body temperature if you are prone to food allergies. |
